Matthew "Matt" Alan Chapman is an American writer, voice actor, director, producer and composer. He and his brother, Mike, are known as The Brothers Chaps, and together they are most famously known as the creators of the animated web series Homestar Runner.
He also provides the voices for Carl (Neil's father) and Graggle (Gwen's one-time fishy love interest) in Camp Camp.

- Matt is the primary voice actor for Homestar Runner. He is also responsible for half of the Adobe Flash animation, as well as the technical aspects of the site.
- He also worked as a writer and director for the children's television series "Yo Gabba Gabba!", as well as contributing to other series, such as "Gravity Falls", "Wander Over Yonder", and minor voice acting for "The Aquabats! Super Show!"
